New York City is full of bustling streets, cabs, traffic, sidewalks filled with the thousands of rhythms of thousands of different pairs of feet, gossip, and loud noises, and when the sun goes down, the streets empty, but the gossip, and loud noises remain the same as the city's party life unfolds.
New York City has always been stereotyped for rapes, muggings and shootings. There have always been predators, and their prey, but what they don't put on the news, or in any newspaper you read, is the predator they can not hunt down, the deadliest person in New York City.
He doesn't have a name, but he does have a motive, and this motive terrorizes the large city of New York. Even when the sun is beaming high in the sky, there is no escaping this sick and twisted mastermind who's brought the citizens' of New York City fears to life. Think of any urban legend you know. Think of all the myths, legends, old wives tales, and ghost stories you once rolled your eyes at or shrugged your shoulders toward, and it is unfolding in truth in New York City.
Whoever this masked, and mysterious murderer is, he, or she, has New York City shaking in their shoes. Will this masked ghost of the night ever make the mistake of leaving even the slightest clue behind, or is New York City finally coming to an abrupt end?
