time to change .
1) If you decide to join our site, we ask that once you've been accepted, you change your display name to either your characters first and last name, or first middle and last - all lowercase, please.
2) While we have no limit on the amount of characters a person makes, we ask that you keep all the accounts active. There's nothing worse then a playby being claimed that's not being used. If an admin see's one of your accounts inactive, we will first contact you about it, but if nothing changes it will be deleted.
3) The only playbys that we won't accept are random people from myspace. The playbys must be either a model or a celebrity - we ask that there are no scene kids, too please - but - If there is a scene play by you're wanting to use, run it by the admins first and we'll let you know if they'd be accepted or not. If you need help with a playby, don't be afraid to ask! TheFashionSpot, Bellazon, ModelHommes - they're all good sites for playbys too.
4) While we are a literate to advanced role play site, we understand that everyone has to start somewhere and that no everyone can make a thousand words or more into a post. That being said, our posting minimum is five hundred works. We won't be completely strict about that - there will be no going in and counting your posts, but if we see that you have a habit of posting much under, we will have to talk to you about it.
5) Respect. The most obvious rule - treat others how you wish to be treated! It's not hard, just don't disrepect anyone, whether it be a member or an admin. We won't tolerate anyone being disrespectful or rude - it's just not cool. And you can pretty much guarentee that we won't be very nice back!
6) We don't want to see our site turn into the maternity ward. We understand that pregnancies can make for exciting plots - but let's be realistic, not everyone's going to be running around with a knocked up girlfriend. If we see too many pregnancies and such, we willl make a note of it and in the future, you will need to run plots like these by an admin - but as of now, you don't need to.
7) Stealing is seriously lame. Just don't do it. If you're using someones templates or graphics, ask permission and then credit them! It's not a hard thing to do!
8) All of us here really are nice and welcoming, so if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask! I promise, we don't bite and we'd love to have you!
